“Small changes lead to large shifts in lifestyle. Awareness is the first step on the journey! Our ability to heal and flourish depends on more than good eating habits. Our relationships, livelihood, spirituality and movement are vital components to enjoying health and happiness. I am passionate about living a vibrant life and helping others to achieve this lifestyle. Cooking, experimenting with recipes, active movement and joyful pursuits round out my days!” – Kimberly

“A 10-day cleanse jolted me into awareness and created an appetite for higher education. Menu changes eliminated several symptoms that had always given me distress. If I could live healthier and happier, how many others could, too? Integrative Nutrition School taught me how our bodies react to real foods – and fake foods. I now access an enormous new universe of better choices. I want to share my knowledge and experiences as professional health coach and empower others to achieve higher levels of success and happiness!” -Stuart
We practice a holistic approach to health and wellness coaching.
We look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? It is essential to consider how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Our approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, or any one specific diet.
It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, we work to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding (and sustainable!).
We favor eating tasty substitutions (versus restrictions and limitations).
Traditional diets fail because they focus on what you can’t have. We don’t want you to feel starved or deprived. We introduce a vast world of new choices- new foods, tastes, menus, and preparation techniques!
We believe one person’s food is another person’s poison.
Traditional diets fail because they focus on what you can’t have. We support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. We do not teach one-size-fits-all.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as:
- achieving optimal weight
- reducing food cravings
- increasing sleep
- maximizing energy
As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
Our bodies are not built to be sick, fat, unhealthy and unhappy.
Through awareness and small changes, we can all be healthy, sexy and age gracefully.
“Do you have friends or family who need nourishing? How can we help?”
