Our approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, or any one specific diet.[sc:purple text=”It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods.” ] Instead, we work to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding (and sustainable!).
We favor eating tasty substitutions (versus restrictions and limitations).[sc:purple text=”Traditional diets fail because they focus on what you can’t have.” ] We don’t want you to feel starved or deprived. We introduce a vast world of new choices- new foods, tastes, menus, and preparation techniques!
We believe one person’s food is another person’s poison.[sc:purple text=”Traditional diets fail because they focus on what you can’t have.” ] We support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. We do not teach one-size-fits-all.
